Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a fantastic cab all around.
It delivers great complexity and depth while still retaining a rough-hewn charm. It has a nice acidity, rich tannins, and a solid concentration of fruit. Will run you about $17-$18.
Domaine Carneros Damask Rose
This is a new introduction Domaine Carneros.
This rose is great for celebrations. Mostly pinot noir, and a tiny amount of chardonnay, it doesn't have an overwhelming amount of acidity. It will run you about $30 at your local megamart.
Jekel Vineyards Riesling
This great, easy drinking riesling will not disappoint anybody on Thanksgiving.
Jekel Riesling has a great balance of fresh fruit (apricots, pineapple, mandarin oranges) with a little of the mineral characteristics known to riesling. It is a wine that everyone can drink. it will run you around $11-$12.
Meeker Rollercoaster Red
This is a soft red blend with eleven different grapes.
It could be considered the non red drinkers red wine with its black and red fruit. It has great packaging and can be a wonderful hostess gift- only running you about $9-$10.
