2008 Shannon Ridge Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep color and flavors were achieved with gentle handling, controlled fermentation and some extended maceration. Aged in French and American oak to help create a balanced soft mouthfeel. With flavors of  bing cherry, buttered toast, and cassis this cabernet is rich, well balanced with a long finish.  It will run you between $18 and $20.
