Such a mystery?

Saturday, October 10, 2009

I like a little mystery in my life.

That is why I have been asking myself the question, "Are all of us killing the mystery of wine?"  Are the massive amounts of information available confusing?  Now don't misunderstand, I believe that wine education and experience are important.  This show, with many of our guests, truly care about getting the word out to you and showing you how to have a great time with wine.  I just want to still have the excitement of trying a wine for the first time....it is the one element that you can't prepare for and still makes this experience tremendous for me.  What do you think?  Email me at lauralawson@winecrush.com.

The message that you want to brin is: do not take away all the magic of trying a new wine. That is really the best from being a winedrinker you can always try something new that could be good or not. When we super educated ourselves we run the chance of spoinling the experience. I believe in knowing what I am going to drink but sometimes I just buy some new wine just on impulse and label, sometimes is great sometimes is good for cooking.
